Saggy pants. (Men's Pants) When they walk with pants down so far it hinders them from a normal walk. Comb in the hair. What's with that? "Then" one of those silly looking people comes into our place of work and they request a job. (Looking like that?) Do people know how to dress for success? And what's with this "Thing....Garment....what ever it is" the men wear on their head? Looks like underwear. What's with that?

I agree, some people just don't have a clue as to what looks good.
I recently found out some info on where the baggy,saggy pant look on guys comes from.It was shocking that young people who think they are tough would wear that sort of fashion if they knew where it came from.
I was told it is a prison look to show that you are available to whoever wants you for a good time.I don't dout it is a fact.
